Service and acceptance
Submitting a fit request does not create a paid order or authorize a charge. A project is accepted only when MotionShelf confirms the brief, delivery window, target platform, and payment terms in writing. These terms apply to the website and to an accepted project unless a signed statement of work overrides them.
Founding offer
The founding build is USD $500 for one product, one art-directed scroll story, one target platform, one consolidated revision, a hosted embed, and a standalone ZIP. Delivery is targeted within 2–4 business days after a usable brief is accepted. The hosted embed includes 365 days of hosting; renewal or migration can be agreed separately.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and product information, usable reference images, a lawful HTTPS destination, timely feedback, and confirmation that you own or are authorized to submit every asset. You must review the private preview for product, brand, legal, and safety accuracy before approving publication.
Approximate visual result
MotionShelf produces a source-informed procedural reconstruction for product storytelling. It is not a measured scan, engineering model, CAD replacement, safety representation, or dimensionally accurate digital twin. Hidden geometry, materials, dimensions, and physical behavior are not verified. No conversion-rate, revenue, browser-ranking, or sales outcome is guaranteed.
Review and changes
One consolidated revision is included when feedback stays within the accepted product, story, platform, and source assets. A new product, source replacement, additional story, extra revision, or materially different integration requires a new quote. Silence or incomplete feedback may move the delivery date.
Delivery and customer deployment
The customer remains responsible for its website, commerce terms, product claims, analytics consent, and final deployment. MotionShelf will test the agreed staging target; platforms, browsers, or integrations not named in the accepted brief are outside the standard scope.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the product assets you submit. On cleared payment, you receive the delivered embed and standalone ZIP for your business use. MotionShelf retains its pre-existing workflow, runtime, templates, know-how, and reusable non-customer-specific components. Portfolio use requires separate customer permission.
Suspension and termination
MotionShelf may decline or stop a project that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, technically unsuitable, outside the accepted scope, or infringes third-party rights. Either party may end an unaccepted request. Accepted-project refunds follow the published refund policy.
Liability and support
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MotionShelf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or claims caused by customer content or unreviewed product assertions. Aggregate liability for an accepted project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
