Younggun Park is the founder and builder responsible for the MotionShelf product, production workflow, customer fit review, quality gates, and delivery documentation. The service is deliberately narrow: it turns a small set of hard-surface product references into one guided interactive launch story.

Founder-operated means the person defining the scope also reviews the scene and the final handoff. It does not mean every reference is accepted. Products that require hidden geometry, exact dimensions, organic deformation, or safety-critical fidelity are declined before production.

The source photos establish visible evidence: silhouette, proportion, material transitions, controls, seams, and the feature the customer wants to explain. MotionShelf uses that evidence to direct a bounded procedural scene. The result is an approximate storytelling model, not a scan, CAD replacement, or verified digital twin.

This distinction is part of the product, not fine print. Public concept builds are labeled as concept work. Submitted images must be owned or authorized by the customer. Product, brand, legal, and safety claims stay subject to customer review before publication.

Each accepted story moves through a documented sequence: suitability review, visible-detail inventory, scene specification, bounded reconstruction, motion staging, multi-angle review, responsive framing, and release validation. A candidate that does not meet the structural and visual gate remains blocked rather than being forced into a low-quality delivery.

• Source alignment and approximation limits are visible before approval.
• Desktop, mobile, keyboard, and reduced-motion paths are checked.
• The approved release is immutable, and the previous version can be retained for rollback.
• The hosted embed and standalone package share the same approved story contract.

The public changelog records shipped product and delivery changes. The fit guide documents accepted and rejected inputs. The installation guide describes the runtime, security, responsive, and rollback checks. Privacy, terms, refund, and support pages state the commercial and data-handling boundaries.
