Who controls your data

MotionShelf is a founder-operated service run by Younggun Park. Privacy requests can be sent to ygpark0922@gmail.com.

What we collect

A fit request may include your contact email, product URL, product name, creative brief, target platform, rights and processing confirmations, and 1–3 product images. We also process a pseudonymous network identifier for abuse prevention and bounded acquisition-channel and device categories for aggregate launch measurement. We do not store full referring URLs or free-form campaign values in that funnel report.

Why we use it

We use project data to review fit, contact you, produce and deliver the requested interactive story, provide support, secure the service, comply with deletion requests, and understand which launch channels create qualified requests. We do not sell personal data or use uploaded product images for advertising.

AI-assisted production and service providers

MotionShelf uses Vercel for application hosting and private/public object storage, Upstash for managed Redis state, and OpenAI Codex in a founder-controlled local production workflow. Project content may be processed across jurisdictions where those providers operate. Uploaded photos are source evidence only and are not published as Three.js textures, billboards, or scene backgrounds.

Security and access

Source images are stored in private object storage. Contact email is encrypted at the application layer and is available only through the authenticated Founder queue. Customer project state is protected by a high-entropy bearer token stored in the submitting browser session. Do not share that token or an authenticated project URL.

Retention and deletion

Source images are deleted when a release is published. An unfinished request and its private assets are deleted after 30 days. A published hosted release and the minimum project record needed to operate it are retained for the included 365-day hosting period, then deleted unless a renewal is agreed. You can delete the request, source files, and any hosted release immediately from the project dialog while your browser retains its access token, or by emailing support.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional processing by contacting support. Withdrawal does not affect processing already required to deliver or secure an accepted project. If a request cannot be produced without the withdrawn data, we will stop production and apply the refund policy.

Changes

Material changes will be dated on this page. Terms that materially change an accepted project will not be applied retroactively without notice.
